About Sarah Santeng

Sarah Santeng, our founder and director, is a visionary leader in domiciliary and social care. With decades of experience across all levels of management, Sarah established IDCS in April 2012. Her journey began with managing and drafting care plans, which laid the foundation for creating a care service dedicated to excellence and compassion.

Extensive Experience and Leadership

As the Director of IDCS, Sarah manages personnel, new business development, administration, and consultancy, playing a key role in implementing various client projects for PMCT Accountants and Consultants. Additionally, she has served as Director of GES Money Remittance, where she oversaw money remittance, trade finance, and international invoice management. Sarah has also led regulatory and compliance reporting and driven new business initiatives across the UK, EU, and African countries, including Ghana.

As Director of Recruitment and Outsourcing, Sarah formed Outsource Professional Directors (OPD) Limited, showcasing her ability to drive business growth and innovation. Her comprehensive understanding of the care industry, combined with her strategic vision, has positioned IDCS as a trusted leader in domiciliary and social care services.
